Refund policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All furniture items purchased and viewed in the gallery or at fairs are not subject to returns, unless agreed prior to purchase.

Please check all items as soon as they are received from the courier. Ed Butcher Interiors can accept no responsibility once items are accepted from the courier.

Always check your order upon delivery before you sign for it. Check that it is correct and that no damage has occurred in transit.

If your item is damaged then contact us immediately with details and photos of the damage and we will organise collection and replace the item or offer a full refund.

We will accept return of non furniture items within 7 days of receipt, but the purchaser will be responsible for the cost of the carriage and any additional import charges. We recommend you insure and track all parcels, as it is the responsibility of the purchaser until it is safely back in our premises.

All items must be returned with original packaging. We cannot refund items that have been used or damaged since leaving our premises.

A full refund of the cost of the good will be given provided that we have been notified in writing during the 7 day period and the item is returned in the condition it was dispatched. A full refund can take up to 14 days from receipt of the item and will be credited in the same manner it was purchased.
